By accessing our website, purchasing any services, or entering into a contract with Elysian Launch, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Website Use & Content

  • The content on this site is for informational and educational purposes only.

  • While we aim to provide accurate and helpful resources, we are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or results arising from the use of this website or its materials.

  • The website may be updated, changed, or removed at any time without prior notice.

2. Consultations

  • We currently offer free 30-minute consultation calls.

  • Clients may reschedule once if an emergency arises, provided they communicate in advance.

  • Repeated missed appointments without communication may result in forfeiture of the free consultation.

3. Scheduling & Attendance

  • Clients are responsible for scheduling their own sessions through the booking link provided.

  • If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late without prior communication, the session will be considered canceled.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled one time without penalty. After the first reschedule, additional missed sessions must be rebooked and paid for separately.

4. Payment Terms

  • All packages and services must be paid in full before sessions begin, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

  • Contracts are limited to the agreed time period. Any sessions not scheduled within that time frame are forfeited unless otherwise arranged.

  • Barring emergencies or extenuating circumstances, unused sessions will not be carried over.

5. Session Changes & Cancellations

  • Clients may reschedule by using the booking link included in their original confirmation email.

  • Rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment.

  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, clients are allowed one reschedule. Further changes will result in forfeiture of the session.

  • No refunds are given for missed or canceled sessions.

6. Refunds & Transfers

  • Due to the nature of the services and the affordability of our packages, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Services and packages may, however, be transferred to another person or business upon written approval by Elysian Launch.

7. Website Maintenance & Ongoing Support

  • All website packages include a monthly maintenance plan starting at $100/month (founder’s price). This includes plugin updates, security monitoring, and minor site upkeep.

  • Maintenance fees are subject to change in the future.

  • Additional troubleshooting or support outside of standard maintenance is billed at a discounted client rate of $100 per 30 minutes.

  • Clients will receive training on how to update and manage their websites, minimizing the need for ongoing support

8. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, implementing strategies, and providing necessary information to complete projects.

  • Elysian Launch is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client materials, lack of communication, or missed deadlines.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elysian Launch and Nina Elise, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

  • Our role is to provide strategic and technical support; ultimate results depend on the client’s actions, decisions, and circumstances.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
